The concept of this site is to correlate the similarities of hosting a dinner gathering with the Home Staging process. Just as there are steps in a dinner, there are steps in Home Staging.
Staging to Sell
Staging to Sell is the process of transforming a home into a product that can be marketed for sale. Staging is NOT decorating. Decorating is a way to personalize your living space. When you Stage, you take the home out of the house by depersonalizing it. By depersonalizing your home, the buyer can then visualize moving into the space as their own.
Staging to Live
Staging to Live is helping people who have recently moved or who want to simplify their lives by Staging their living space. A clean, clutter-free home that is painted in soothing colors is less stressful than a crowded, cluttered house. Staging to Live does not cost much, since, like Staging to Sell, the Stager relies mainly on the furniture and accessories the homeowner already possesses.
On the left, you will notice the dinner menu which reflects the steps involved in Home Staging. As you hover over the menu items, it will display the related step in the Staging process.
